***Frank Paynter over at Listics has the song set - much better coverage of the event than me... hop on over.
Just got back to my hotel room after the Crosby, Stills, Nash concert at the Orlando Convention Center and the end of Orlando@50+ event.
THEY PLAYED THE SONG I HOPED. Deja Vu album - THE BEST:
Best quote of the evening:
"Let 'em on up! Let 'em on up! This ain't heavy metal, you know. What -you think they're gonna hit you with their canes?"
....David Crosby to the security guards when we all headed down front for the two encore songs.
Stephen Stills still has it, man, he was totally hot. Magic. Like totally had his s--t together.
Thanks, AARP gang! Very, very cool.

Glad to hear how great the concert was. Loved that line you quoted -- sounds like the crowd really responded.
We saw them last year -- they were great! Did they sing any Beatles songs?
Boy, you are having a blast, aren't you? Life will be so dull when you get home.
Thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Oh boy howdy, hope you were down in front letting your freak flag fly.
These days, my freak flag flies...
Or does it droop?
Almost cut my hair
(There's not that much hair there)
And I'm glad when I can poop.
Steve, you are forever my reality anchor...and guaranteed smile every morning!
I remember a discussion with friends back in the day where we cogitated on whether these guys and the rest of their ilk would still be rocking in 40 years. I was one of the few who said, "Hell yeah!"
I was determined even then that I would still be rocking!!! The kids in my neighborhood giggle when I come around the corner blaring the Stones or Skynrd at top volume. Glad to know that you are, too! You go, girlfriend!!!!
Love to hear them in a concert. Did they do any Buffalo Springfield songs?
They did "For What It's Worth" when I saw them a couple of years ago. Fun, but being part of an "everybody look what's going down" singalong with 3,000 graying and affluent suburbanites may not have been what Steve Stills had in mind when he wrote it!
Check this out!
Bill - They did Bluebird from the old BS gang.
Kay - okay now I got this mental image of you wild eyed and spewing dirt behind your wheels rockin' all the way..
K. - that's cool! CSN are still groovy after all these years...
Darlene and Celia - you gals have kept up with me! Thanks!
