Excellent post, Pattie, with links to sites about which I had known. Surely do hope the "No Coyote..." report and recommendations receive some attention from those addressing the immigration issues. Look forward to Seminara's book.
I, too, have complained for a long time about the visitor tracking problem. Instead of establishing meaningful solutions to the immigration problem -- we're constructing ..... a WALL??? Makes me furious everytime I think about it.
Whoa, wait a darn second there, pardner! It would be easy to tack people -- see http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/dannywestneat/2004300343_danny23.html
Also, perhaps in the visa, green card, whatever papers there might be, the guv'mint could do this: http://www.weeklyworldnews.com/news/world_headlines/20
Bill, you link to the monitoring story surely proves...America is literally just a cat's hair away from those regimes we've always said we hated.
