Ode To Leftover Ham

Made me late to work this morning, but the result will be a lovely supper of great northern beans, leftover ham and hambone, and sweet baby carrots all cooked in my crockpot - only needful of the addition of a pan of cornbread. Ya'll bring your spoons and come on by!

Lets see. About 120 miles to Cowtown from Wichita Falls . A 2 hour drive. Not bad, so I am on my way. Have spoon will travel.

Unfortunately, Cowtown is too far for me to drive, or fly, for dinner tonight. Dinner... it is about that time out here on the left coast, and I'm hungry. Wonder what we have around here?

Allen, I keep forgetting you really aren't that far! Bet you have your longjohns on tonight!

The Left Coast - Ha! So, what did you stir up, Kimberly? I could make a supper on cornbread and your cranberry conserve!

Had to turn the heat up in the RV as I don't have any longjohns anymore. Should have gone to Brownsvill for winter.
