Chocolate is good for you! Well, duh! Women have known this for a long time, fellas, ever since we dipped those apple slices in hot melted Hersheys and hand-feed them to you.
A 1.4 ounce bar of dark chocolate provides twice the antioxidants of a glass of red wine. (Although, it is rumored that red wine is a better aphrodisiac, Pattie has no comment.)
So, for a nice healthy treat, try heating a mug of milk, and stir in a hunk of Dove Dark chocolate, add a dash of cinnamon. Cheers!

As a Texan, you will appreciate the virtues of Mexican chocolate. Yes, I'm talking about The Little Grandma - Abuelita. Get it at your local grocery store.
Take one of those honkin' big tablets - they're pre-scored for your convenience. Crack that bad boy in four pieces. Take one or two of those chunks, put it in a mug of milk, then nuke 'til hot. Mix well. Mmmmmm. Chocolate. Cinnamon. Gooood.
Personally I believe in both red wine and chocolate. Just not at the same time.
Good red wine... then good dark chocolate. No such thing as too many antioxidants, is there?
