An update to yesterday's post about my obese bookcase....

Took five volumes ( out of 20 - because some I still intend to read, and the rest were bought at Friends of the Library sale. Half-Priced Books do not buy back the library's stuff) for resale, was awarded $4 bucks, and came home with five new books and $45 lighter in the pocketbook. Sigh. I could've picked up half a dozen more I found delectable. Kman said I should wait awhile before cleaning the bookshelves again until we can afford it. Pouting note: the Alternative shelf was devoid of any copies of Holy Blood, Holy Grail. Have you noticed that bookstores are great places for people-watching?
