These crawdaddies make my mouth water! I can almost smell the aroma coming up with the steam. Louisiana folks sho nuff know how to eat. (Personally, I just can't eat the whole thang - head and all - like a true cajun, even though it is in my blood, honeychile!).
Which reminds me... gotta find my N'awlins photos. (New Orleans, ma cherie.) Visited an old plantation in Pointe Coupee that I swear if you listened close enough, you could hear Mammy's red petticoat a rustlin'...(no racial slur intended, my commenting bloggers!)
